You know, I think there's a guy out there (maybe several) who does that for a lot of movies, cause I remember seeing some other videos like that for different movies.

Oh, that reminds of a joke I heard a comedian tell once...

"Did anyone see the movie Scarface with Al Pacino?  Yeah, great movie.  I remember when I saw it in the theater it was about two and half hours, but when they had it on network TV and they cut all the 'f**ks' out, it was only like thirty minutes."

I think they changed most of the dialogue instead of cutting out the swear words. Saw the Making of once where the part was discussed. Stuff like "This city is like a great big pus(s)y just waiting to get fuc(k)ed" turned into "This city is like a great big chicken just waiting to get plucked" etc.
