My return to BEER.

I'm at a Twins game today and the Dbacks are getting killed.

Since no MLB game would be complete without one I am having my first post op BEER



I'm taking it real slow so I don't irritate anything.  My mouth is saying mmmmmm beer. My stomach is saying f**k you.

I can't drink beer.The carbonation kills me.I cant drink too much soda pop.

Yeah, before today my last beer was two months ago.  Beer isn't going to be a regular thing with me now, it's going to be more special occasions.  I can only drink a little bit at a time now, and very slowly.  Before the beer would've been gone in a couple minutes.

Even though I am a teetotaler, I have a beer yearly with Mom when she flies up to see me and when I go to the Western Cape to see her. Nice to share a beer (in my case with a lemonade or Sprite added) with your Mom.

Yeah, I love beer too, but I've cut down on it this past year because it's a lot of empty calories. The good part is, I'm drinking more bourbon!

When I drink I usually consume beer. The same light beer I started when I was in high school. I think it tastes great and it's not too many calories.

Bourbon is my personal favorite! And I stay the hell away from it because of that.
