I know we've had lion deaths before but a real killing by lions occurred on the set of the South African film The Last Lion (1972) when the sound man James Chapman was mauled to death by one.

Elephants: a camera operator on the film Options - Phillip Marsden - was gored to death by one.  :buggedout:

Does the dog in this movie actually kill anyone? If so we can add German shepherd to the list. (I think it's a German shepherd...)

He kills another dog, according to this review: https://thevideovacuum.livejournal.com/516347.html?nojs=1
The dog which he killed belonged to the main character's love interest; I'd assume the filmmakers would've given it some develooment so its death had an emotional impact, even if it was only as a foil, it was probably at least a minor character.

This review confirms that the killer dog's a German Shepard: https://unobtainium13.com/2010/05/04/review-a-dog-called-vengeance-dir-by-antonio-isasi/

So 72 is The Dog, aka, Dog of Vengence
