Who's the ugliest movie villain you can think of?

For me i'd say Mola Ram.  I mean fires Freddy was scarred up,  mason verger was too,  but thamola ran was just plain uuuuuuggggllyyyyyyyy.  I mean jeez,  he reminds me of Ahnuld's line in predator.

BTW the predator at least was an exotic alien,  mola ran was just pure ugly.

Had it not been some dreadfully Larry Buchananized remake of The Saucer Men (1957), The Eye Creatures (1965) would've been notably icky...
