I mean, personally, there's been some misses over the films, but almost none of them are "BAD" by any means.  For me, personally, I'm torn.

I'd pick Guardians as a stand-alone film.

Infinity War was phenomenal, Josh Brolin was fantastic as Thanos, and it's the perfect culmination of 10 years worth of film storytelling.

Went with the first Iron Man although there are three or four I thought were just as good. Looking forward to the Endgame. As you said, not every film over the past decade has been great, but they've been good enough to keep me engaged.

Although Iron Man was really up there, I deeply enjoyed Thor. It's one of the more underrated movies of the MCU but it's just great, directed and edited in a slightly different way by Kenneth Branagh, and having the awesome Anthony Hopkins verbally duking it out with Chris Hemsworth. And the soundtrack is spectacular, really fitting of the content and themes.

I like CAPTAIN AMERICA-THE FIRST AVENGER the best. It had Bucky, the RED SKULL, even the Howling Commandos!

The Burgomaster

CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER is my favorite.

I should've listed Winter Soldier.

That's probably my favorite

Actually, I'm somewhat late in coming to MCU, as the 1st film MCU film I saw was 2014's "Guardian of the Galaxy, v.1." Though, I have made an effort to see every film since then

As to what I like . . .
1. Spider-man as a high school student. For me, that works better than when he is portrayed as being older than that.
2. The casting. I see some of the casting, and I say to myself: "That'll never work." Then I see the film, and I was wrong. It does work.
3. The multiple endings to the films, or, a reason to stay to the end of the credits.

As to what I dislike . . .
1. No more Stan Lee cameos. Which were often my favorite part of the film.
2. 2019
1 Avengers
1 Captain Marvel
1 Spider-man
2020
?
Not knowing what the next MCU phase will bring.

Logan is my favourite, closely followed by The Avengers.

I voted GUARDIANS. Forgot about LOGAN (not sure if that's technically MCU, though; I think the X-men are a separate series). WINTER SOLIDER was pretty good, too. And the new animated SPIDER-MAN is worth an honorable mention. (I can't stand DEADPOOL, either).

They're mostly about the same: they have a consistent level of quality.

My least favorites are the team-ups: they have a Frankenstein meets Dracula meets the Wolfman quality to them to me. CIVIL WAR was the only official MCU film I thought was actually below average.

While the X-men are part of Marvel Entertainment, they fall more under the 20th Century Fox banner, unlike the Avengers, which are also part of Marvel Studios, but fall more under the Walt Disney Studios banner. Though, now that 20th Century Fox and Walt Disney are one and the same, there has been talk of a mash-up film with both the X-men and the Avengers. And we will see what we will see.

They need to bring the Fantastic Four, Sub-Mariner, and Silver Surfer in. And Galactus!

I wasn't feeling good when I went to see Guardians but I remember coming out of the theater with a big silly  :teddyr: on my face. It was very good.

Captain America : Winter Solider
At least, that's what Gary Busey told me...

Why CAPTAIN MARVEL?
He was a minor hero, IMHO. And he was a man! WTF?! I know- they want to catch a female audience-but when they change the gender-just stupid.
