Hey folks.
Many of us have words we were never comfortable with saying, or the proper way to say it just doesn't register.

For me:
I still confuse "bass" (fish) with "bass" (lower tune).
I still confuse "basil" (herb) with "Basil" (name).
I still want to say "Fine-Al" instead of "fin-Al-E" for "finale" (though I'm hardly alone on that one).

What ones do you still have trouble with?
"O the legend they say, on a Valentine's Day, is a curse that'll live on and on.."

The " j " is pronounced as " i "

I wasn't aware of this until I heard it (correctly) pronounced from other people. I felt like a fool for saying it wrong all the time.
I pronounce it correct now so I guess I can cross  out the " still "
