I was watching Mr.  Sardonicus on svengoolie and I think the scariest scene in it was when the guy was singing in the bathtub....

One scene in House by the Cemetery always gets me. 

The kid is behind a locked door with the monster, so the parents try chopping down the door with the axe.  After the first couple of hits, the monster holds the kid up against the door.

The acid during the surgery scene in Alien really freaked me out as a kid.
