I just listened to a story on the LaVar Burton Reads podcast while I went for a run and he happened to mention that while he was growing up on a military base in Germany he discovered black licorice was his favorite candy.

kevin and ron, check out " olde tyme candy " online, there's several different stores. i get my violet sachet, royal cherry hard candy and indian brand punkin seeds from one, along with quench gum.
