King Ghidorah aka "Monster Zero"

Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster, King Ghidorah is said to be evil, and had destroyed civilizations on several planets simply for the fun of it. King Ghidorah nearly wiped out the dinosaurs during the Cretaceous period, then returned to Earth in the modern day to feed on humanity.

The only true way to get rid of him is to send him into the void of space.

I've always been partial to Clarence Boddicker from Robocop (1987) myself. One of the most memorable and charismatic movie bad guys from the '80s and easily Kurtwood Smith's all-around best movie performance of his career.

First rule is, 'The laws of Germany'
Second rule is, 'Be nice to mommy'
Third rule is, 'Don't talk to commies'
Fourth rule is, 'Eat kosher salamis'

Boris Karloff's Cabman Gray is my favorite irredeemably evil villain. "There was a dog that bothered me during the last job..."

Though terrifying in CAPE FEAR, before that ROBERT MITCHUM as Reverend Harry Powell in NIGHT OF THE HUNTER (1955) scared us each year in front of the TV when it came on, glued to the tube... we all loved hating that scary creep.
