I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

My local second hand book/movie/music shop held a post-virus outdoor "sidewalk sale"/grand re-opening this past weekend so I bought a whole heap of CDs for fifty cents a pop.

I'm still working my way thru 'em so I don't know yet how many will be keepers and how many will end up in my trade pile, but here's what I got for about seven bucks:

Starz - Live In Action
Styx - Brave New World and Cyclorama
Whitesnake - Slip of the Tongue
Various - Best of '80s Metal Volume One: Bang Your Head
The Rolling Stones - Hot Rocks 1964-1971 (2 CDs in fat-boy case)
Cheap Trick - Busted
Paradise Lost- One Second
Firehouse - 3
Queensryche - Q2K
Ozzy Osbourne - Ozzmosis
Boston - Walk On
Aerosmith - Get A Grip
Soul Asylum - ...And The Horse They Rode in On

...plus, I got an old issue of the hair-metal magazine "Faces Rocks" from 1988, with stories on Kiss, Danzig, and the breakup of Dokken! Score! :D

Wow, just discovered this existed. It's a "soundtrack" to the unfilmed Salvador Dali/Marx Brothers movie. They also took Dali's rejected script and made it into a graphic novel.

The opening number, "The Surrealist Woman," is good. The rest is interesting; they do a number of routines in character, although I don't think the guy they got to play Groucho sounds that much like him. Chico is better. Harpo is perfect.
