Been listening to a bit of Marilyn Manson lately. Saw him in concert last night in Philly. Solid show.

"D R E A M S I C L E" by Maren Morris

This concert album was never released until now, so it's basically like a new Pink Floyd album (although there aren't really any new songs per se).

More neo-new wave. Seems to be a thing lately. Not my favorite music trend.

"Even In Arcadia" by Sleep Token. This band has a big cult following on Twitter. They sound like a mix of heavy metal and dance music. I've never heard anything quite like it before. I don't like it one bit.

listened to (skimmed) about half the tracks... sounds like a horribly pompous combination of emo nu metal, trap, and vaporwave. and therefore exactly the kind of thing that would go mega popular.

Glad someone else agrees it sucks.  :bouncegiggle:

"Bees In the Bonnet" by Hedvig Mollestad Trio. Jazz-rock with scorching electric guitar. This is as close to metal as I want to get.

This is exactly what you imagine when you think of contemporary Estonian chamber music (on the off chance you ever think of contemporary Estonian chamber music).
