Disco revival (yes, that is a thing, sadly)

"Saving Grace" by Robert Plant

Disc 2: Golden Piano Hits and Tonight. F&T are weird; they began as "avant garde easy listening," using treated pianos like John Cage, then moved into what you would think of muzak. This is the muzak period, and it mostly sucks. Their early stuff is fantastic, though.

Kind of a trancey/noisy thing. Not bad.

I'm a fan. Sounds like the weather inside my head.

The Burgomaster

I recently bought a used copy of Moby Grape's "Wow" album (1968). It has an odd feature where most of the album plays at 33 1/3 RPM, but one song is at 78 RPM. A narrator comes on just before the song and tells you to adjust your turntable's speed to 78 RPM. Unfortunately, my turntable plays only 33 1/3 and 45, so I'm out of luck until I buy a new turntable with a 78 option.

"Diary of a Candle" by Faten Kanaan. Minimalist instrumental music somewhat influenced by horror movie soundtracks.
