Auntie Entity from Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome. Not really a villain, but certainly ruthless and willing to have associates murdered if they threaten her power.

In the '80s, I thought that casting Tina Turner in a Mad Max movie was silly, and I couldn't take the movie seriously with its PG-13 rating for the longest time. Then over the years I grew to respect Tina Turner a lot more after finding out what Ike did to her. Now I see Aunty Entity as being the best part of Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (1985), not because the rest of the movie was bad (it had its good moments), but because the character had the most depth over all the others in the film; and while Tina Turner isn't much of an actress in the movie, Mel Gibson wasn't either, and Tina's own persona fit the Aunty Entity role quite well.
