Quarantine Cooking

it looks great to me! we had beef queso and chili smothered chicken and pork burritos for cinco de mayo tuesday, and shared with a friend who  doesn't seem to understand my cooking methods, but is happy to eat the results, even after i've grossed him out, lol! 
  working on a new experiment, making my mozzarella chicken into a sauce for a cheesy baked pasta dish. my hands have been particularly painful this spring, i need some easier methods.

I'm slow cooking ribs in the crook pot today! It's done already. I started them at 6:00 this morning!

i cheated today, got fried chicken from the deli counter, along with potato wedges and biscuits. BUT, i deserved it, since i shopped for us and my 2 neighbors who are now self quarantining for 2 weeks.
  the sauce is coming along nicely, but i think i may add some shredded chicken to bulk it up a bit. no ground chicken to be had today.

Got me a lox "sandwich" 2go from a food truck this morning



As much as I would like to try a NYC lox bagel, the classic german lox sandwich only has few ingredients: bun, lox, marinated onions and pickles. So delicious.

Air fried pork sausage seasoned with curry ketchup and topped with curry powder. It is usually served with fries but can be had with potato salad as well.
