So to avoid confusion with any other properties called The Avengers, the first Avengers movie got this title in the UK...

Hail to thyself
For I am my own master
I am my own god
I require no shepherd
For I am no sheep.

BLOOD OF DRACULA (1957) was known as BLOOD IS MY HERITAGE in the UK.
Which makes more sense, being the name 'Dracula' was never used in the film whatsoever.

The 1957 British film NIGHT OF THE DEMON was released stateside as CURSE OF THE DEMON.  BTW, a great film - a rare instance where I approve of the changes the producer wanted but the director hated!  Better because we do get a good look at the DEMON by the end...

Is it me, or does lead actor/director Roger Watkins look like Bill Hader?

With ALEX D'ARCY !   :teddyr:

I bought THE HORRORS OF SPIDER ISLAND which was the second time a DVD from Amazon didn't work and I wasn't quick enough to complain.    It easily took me a year or more to try to play it.  If I remember right, that's a favorite of yours.

GUN CRAZY (1950) is a.k.a. DEADLY IS THE FEMALE
