I've been watching my SWV DVD of Fiend of Dope Island / Pagan Island. They really loaded this one with extras and have some beautiful animated menus. I haven't watched the features yet but will shortly. In any case purely going by the titles Fiend of Dope Island has to be one of the top exploitation titles ever!

The ISLAND OF LOST SOULS (1932)
This is one of the saddest looking sack of sh!t I ever seen in my life! Looks like my Uncle Joe Bonarski! He's dead now. I never liked the crazy old basterd anyway! He made me and my brothers dig a ditch to bury his old donkey that his drunk ass starved. And it was winter. The ground was frozen, and so was the dead mule. Or jackass-donkey-? I think it was a donkey, because when he was alive he used to bray-"HEEE-HAWWW!"

HORROR ON SNAPE ISLAND (aka TOWER OF EVIL)

good fun Amicus/Hammer-esque film, with a groovy early 70s psychedelic atmosphere.

DR. BUTCHER, M.D./ZOMBIE HOLOCAUST (1980)
Stupid zombie/mad doctor/cannibal flick with the initial setting of New York giving way to an Indonesian island.  A team of scientists who find a trail of corpses in New York that leads them to a cannibal-infested island where a mad doctor performs experiments that bring the dead back to life-- as mindless zombies.  Ian McCulloch (Zombie) stars in this silly, low-budgeted gorefest.  Dr. Butcher, M.D. was the US title.
