again, there is NO way hunter Biden will serve in his father's administration post this scandal. it doesn't matter relative to the election, but there are other things besides the election in this world.

read the first page of this topic. Almost everyone says some variation of "its not his laptop" based on their own desire for it not to be his laptop.

What does anyone think of the Hunter Biden laptop scandal? it's actually sort of interesting because

1. why did he record all this private (both personal and political stuff)  then

2. leave it in a repair shop knowing full well the insanity of such an act

My take, without reading the comments on this thread topic yet:

The Democrat Party set up the whole laptop thing to get Befuddled Biden out of the way if he is to actually win the election after the Electoral College meets on December 14th and all of the audits, recounts, lawsuits, etc. are resolved, to make way for a President Harris, or even worse a President Pelosi. This is why PelosiCo kept throwing around that 25th Amendment thing a couple of months ago; they weren't talking about getting rid of Trump at all, but to get rid of Biden who has probably forgotten how to tie his own shoes 2 years ago. It is Hunter Biden's laptop, but it is certain to have enough dirt on Befuddled Biden to sideline him. I honestly can't see that geriatric and senile old fart keeping himself from cracking under pressure during a (Republican) Senate hearing. Do you?

Even if you were right about Biden's mental state, they're not going to boot Biden out of office as it would be deeply demoralizing to the Democratic voter base and would reduce voter enthusiasm for the next election - they'd lose the House in 2018 (good chance of that now anyway), have even less of a chance at the Senate, and a lot less of a chance at the Presidency in 2024.  Closest you might get is Harris being Biden's Dick Cheney.
