Maybe an oddItalian film?

The other day a friend described a movie where it starts where this guy is jacking off at the docks, behind crates of tomatoes being loaded/unloaded?  Through the slits of the crates, he's looking at a busty woman handling the tomatoes. 

The same time he pops his load, the woman catches him.. a few tomatoes fly around...she falls back with her legs wide open..  The tomato wi8th the spooge lands inside her hoochie.. she gets pregnant.

This sounds like a Pedro Almavador film to me...but none of his filmography lists such a movie.

Can anyone out there in Badmovies.org land help?

No problem, there's not many movies with that plot point.   Warning: the movie is weird and very depressing.
