Random Thought Thread Part III: The Thinking

Lady who was making my burrito was about six months pregnant so I asked (in Spanish) if she could give birth and put the baby in the burrito. Banned from the place now but it was worth it.

haah. I guess if you'd said the same thing back in 1975 you'd have got a quick witted wise-ass reply off her, and then left the place with both of you chuckling

prob not the right thread but earlier today I very clumsily threw an old cat litter tray down on the ground in my garden where I knew I'd seen a spider just a few seconds earlier. lifted the tray up and sure enough I'd splatted it. I was distraught. nearly in tears, no joke. and I've never liked spiders? really disgusted with myself.

made me remember how I'd spend hours barbequeuing ants with a magnifying glass for fun as a kid. or go around my grandmother's garden chopping up slugs with a trowel (which she asked me to do)

if there's karma in the afterlife for creepy crawly cruelty then I'm probably done

not sure what's going on here but I just made a cup of coffee and a little moth immediately landed in it and died

not heard of that one.... if they're anything like 'wolf spider', 'bird eating spider' and 'trapdoor spider' then I may need a stiff drink before looking :)

They aren't venomous but they can give a nasty bite, they are large and they look very scary.
