I disagree.  I think he probably knows exactly what it means.  It's been on the news a few times.  It seems to me like he likes to play obfuscating stupidity games to get his opponents to underestimate him. 

And this is example 1,048,576 of why it's a good thing I'm not President because I probably would have told the caller to go f**k himself.  Those words too.

Yeah, I've seen it used. Wasn't sure what it meant at first, so I looked it up.

Basically, a news anchor at a car race mistook a rude chant about the president for a celebration of the race's winner. Some thought this was funny, & since saying too many rude things about the president can get one banned from social media it caught on as a euphemism.

Don't really care to say "f u" to anyone, so I won't use it.
