I like it with corn beef and carrots and cabbage. It's boiled. Glumpki's- stuffed cabbage. I make my own on occasion. I'm a Norwegian hillbilly, who grew up around old farmers. Mostly Polacks and Russians. I can cook anything.

Pancakes. Waffles lie too much. They promise something tasty and never deliver.

When I was a kid pancakes were my absolute favorite food in the world but somewhere in time I flipped to liking waffles more.

You know how sometimes you will never have heard of something in your life, then you'll suddenly start hearing about it or encountering it everywhere, all the time for a brief while?

When's the last time you remember that happening to you?

It's not quite the same thing but lately I have been waking up at 3:11 AM... A LOT, and what's a little added weirdness, several times this week I'll look to see what time it is and my phone will be right then that exact instant switching to 3:11 PM.

What's the story, morning glory???

Do you call it soda, pop, coke, or soda pop?
I swear, some folks from down south I met call every flavor "coke".
I say soda pop.
What's your favorite flover? Mine's either grape or ginger ale. I rarely dink the s**t though. Kool-Aid is cheaper. And I got lotsa family here a lot lately.
