#32 Burns and Carlin

Before striking out on his own, George Carlin was briefly part of a comedy "duo" with Jack Burns. They recorded one album together in 1960, which went unreleased till '63. By that time, the duo had already split; Carlin was making a name for himself as a solo act and Burns had moved on to a long association with fellow comic Avery Schreiber.

(Extra fun fact: despite the album title, this LP was NOT recorded at the Playboy Club, but at some random night club in Hollywood.)
