They said I’ve healed well enough to start taking the f**king TLSO brace off for a few hours each day and be completely out of the goddam thing by the weekend!

And anyone who complains about me using so many cuss words about the brace...well, yeah, I do have to use a lot of cuss words.  Been wearing the thing for three months now and it is a royal pain in the ass.

Took the f**king thing off after work today. Tomorrow I’ll take it off around 2 pm. And never wear the f**king thing again after tomorrow.

And as of 2:00pm central time that f**king stormtrooper chest plate thing came off for the last goddamn time.

ANRP said I could have it off for 8 hours today so I wore it from getting up until 2pm since I'll probably be in bed before the 8 hours is up.  Then after today I don't have to wear it again.
