Tom Cruise -

best: Eyes Wide Shut

worst: Magnolia

Agreed.

I offer instead

Tom Cruise Best: "A Few Good Men" (though "Magnolia" is his best performance)

Tom Cruise Worst: "Cocktail" (but I haven't seen "Endless Love")
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

Nic Cage:

Best: "Adaptation."

Worst: "Between Worlds"

Jaws.

Jaws' best movie was in 1975's Jaws (really sensitive, understated performance by Jaws there).

Jaws' worst acting was when his ego was all out of control and he hammed it up in Jaws 3.

I guess I haven't seen him doing much since his cameo in Deep Blue Sea.
What does not kill me makes me stranger.

I like "Skiddoo" as a good bad movie. It is Groucho's worst, though.

William Shatner.

Going to go for Star Trek 2, The Wrath of Khan for his most enjoyable movie and Kingdom of the Spiders as his worst.

Gabriel Knight

Michael Caine

I admit, I haven't seen that many of his movies, but from what I've seen, I go for:
Best: HARRY BROWN. Intense and real, amazingly good.
Worst: SLEUTH. The 2007 version, not the original, which I haven't seen. Weird, nonsensical... stuff. It barely has a coherent narrative to be called a movie.

Used to have it on VHS. His acting as he rolls around suffering from spider bites...

You got that straight. Gloria Swanson was great in the 20's and in SUSET BOULEVARD.
I have this 1920's makeup tin. I store my weed in it!
