Do you talk to yourself?

Sometimes, and when I do I make sure nobody else is around or can hear me.

When I'm talking to myself- I use the word 'fvck' all the time.

Talking to yourself can be toxic.  The other day my sister was on a harangue about traffic when she was with our brother.  Filthy foul language yelling at the world. 
That reminded me of myself at my worst.
