19 Hertz: The "Ghost Frequency"

You guys ever messed around with it? Like with a YouTube video or whatever? I have and felt nothing any different, so I wonder if it's a placebo thing. Supposedly the frequency, which is sub-audible, vibrates the fluid within the eyes and brain, bringing on feelings of unease, paranoia, even hallucinations. Supposedly. Shrug, just curious if anybody else ever tried it out.
