Every time he'd come to my city he'd play 2-3 sold-out shows, with many people going to each one of them. I liked a couple of his songs but didn't know a whole lot about him. Shame he has passed.

I also remember him playing the role of pilot Frank Bama in Hawaii Five O who helps the team out on numerous occasions.
