it doesn't matter if there's other movies with 'Doctor' in the title, as long as the movie contains at least one word that does not appear in any other full length movies, then it counts.

In this case I cannot find any other full length movies with 'Parnassus' in the title, so it counts  

BRIMSTONE AND TREACLE doesn't count because all 3 of those words can be found in the titles of other full length movies
