Solaris (Russia)

Armacord (Italy)

I definitely would consider SOLARIS. AMARCORD is a great choice, but it's only my 4th favorite Fellini movie! Italy was the most challenging country for me to pick from.

I considered both of these as well. Like I said, Italy was hardest, but Germany was also very difficult.

It was actually shot in Belarus, which is its own country now, so maybe you could cheat and count it?
