Stove top stuffing instead of potatoes. Overcooked a little, more medium or even medium well than medium rare. Not the best steak I ever cooked but good.

Well, yesterday I was going to make a BLT sandwich for lunch.  I even made extra bacon for my dad so he could have bacon with his salad.  All was going well until I got out the bread, which was all nice and moldy.  Ugh.  So then I had the bacon, sliced tomatoes, and egg for lunch minus the bread.  Lately we seem to have such a problem with bread becoming moldy.  I've been looking on line to see if there's anything we can do to eliminate the problem.  And as I said before, ugh.

Divide the bread into portions and put it in the freezer. You'll have to remember to take it out to defrost in time, of course. Trying to defrost bread in the microwave while you're hungry is a frustrating business.
