Beat-Em-Up Comedies



A genre made popular by Italian actors Bud Spencer and Terence Hill, spawning countless imitations. It was a 1970s thing and slowly died during the 1980s.

Can you think of other extinct movie genres?

Spaghetti westerns.

"Old Dark House" mysteries. Or "Old Dark House" comedies.
 
Italian zombie movies. Or Italian cannibal movies.

Slapstick comedy team movies. Such as Laurel and Hardy or the 3 Stooges.

You don't see too many musicals anymore. NOT that I'm complaining! Beyond the odd Busby Berkley and ROCK AND ROLL HIGH SCHOOL, not a big fan of musicals.

There used to be a lot of movies where real people would interact with cartoon characters, but you don't see much of that anymore.
