Where did you get that information from? At the moment all we've been able to find out from the official statements from both the police and palace is that he has been arrested for misconduct in public office without details of what that entails. Not saying you are wrong, but if additional details have been released, I'd be interested in reading more.

Yeah, we've seen suggestions of that in past few weeks. I was more wondering if something more concrete had been released from official sources that I'd missed.

They got Capone for tax evasion.  I'm happy with whatever we can get 'em for. 

Also, looking it up, Misconduct in Public Office is considered a very serious offense and can result in life in prison.
