Good news: unlike Netflix, Paramount will release up to 30 Warner Bros features theatrically each year.

Bad news: CBS and CNN would be under the same corporate roof. This has triggered intense political backlash, with lawmakers like Senator Elizabeth Warren calling it an "antitrust disaster" and raising concerns over the influence of billionaire David Ellison, who is a close friend of Trump. Trump of course hates CNN.
