I hate it when cinemas close down

First the Sterland a few months ago and now the cinemas here 😔

I used to take the train there, go have breakfast, walk around, then go see a movie.

All gone now sadly. 👎

There was a theater on the boardwalk in Wildwood New Jersey that was great. Small little independent place. But older. Shut down, probably around 2010ish...I remember seeing movies like Freddy vs. Jason and Tropic Thunder there on rainy days where you couldn't really swim in the ocean cause of riptides and such.

There was another theater near a mall I used to go to. I'd make a day out of it. Take the bus, see a movie at like noon, grab lunch after, hit the comic book shop or Hot Topic, etc. The mall and theater are gone now, replaced with condos and a supermarket.
