What movie has a man riding a motorcycle that talks; warning him of "Dorks, dorks, dorks"?    It came out around the time that The Perils of Gwendoline in the Land of the Yik Yak came out.  (1984-1985)

Great..um...really bad movie.

Unfortunately, the motorcycle had far better enunciation than the rider (who mumbled a lot)

And Persis Khambatta seemed to have a thing for guys on futuristic mototrcycles

Was this the nadir of Donald Pleasence career?
