Depends how you define "good".

If you want a typical 70's WIP (Women In Prison) movie, tried Caged Heat, it has the usual shower scenes, nasty guards, solitary confinement in the nude, electro-torture and molestation by the prison doctor, a jail break etc.

If you want something nastier, but still relatively believable, try Nightmare in Badham County. Two girls p**s off the local sheriff and are railroaded into the local work farm where they're abused by the sadistic female guards. Features lesbian guards, beatings, corrupt officials, an escape attempt...

I'd recommend the usual assortment of Pam Grier movies: "Women in Cages", "The Big Doll House", "The Big Bird Cage" (in this order).

For really bad Women in Prison entertainment, try a Linda Blair double feature

Born Innocent-actually this is a Girl in Reform School flick, but it does feature casual brutality, cruelty, slight nudity, and a broom-stick rape scene.

Chained Heat-Not only Linda Blair, but also Sybil Danning and John Vernon!!!!
Nudity, violence, cruelty,more nudity, and lesbianism...oh god, the lesbianism.

Try Chained Heat III - Hell Mountain.  It’s good in a very, very bad sort of way.  I believe it's supposed to be post apocalyptic, and the evil dude captures women to work (half naked of course) in his mine of some sort.  I love the costumes the most, I think.  The acting is god awful, as you might expect.

put me down for "Black Mama, White Mama" (1972) with Pam Grier AKA "Women in Chains"...she escapes from the prison and then runs around the Philippines in skimpy clothing...there's also ample T&A and a shower scene...
