i went to a new store called "movie trading company" today and bought four films for $17..these films are  ALIEN DEAD,ALIEN PREDATOR,THE CRAZIES,and LOVE BUTCHER..i haven't watched them yet,but i've read some online reviews and it sounds like they are all pretty horrible(great!)..anyone else seen them who would like to give me some feedback??

Will

The Crazies is my favorite George Romero film.  It's a somber and dark story about humanity's propensity to destroy itself by refusing to look outside procedures and individual egos.  It's heavy, man, and violent.  I love it.

Steve.

"The Crazies" is definitely one of Romero's best - coincidentally, I watched it again on (very late) Saturday evening. It ranks alongside "Martin" and "Monkey Shines" as the best of Romero's non-zombie movies. "Monkey Shines" is a real one-off, about a monkey trained to look after a wheelchair-bound man - things, of course, don't go to plan.

I'm hoping that "The Alien Dead" was $1 out of those 17...

...come to think of it, "Alien Predator(s)" was pretty awful too.

$3.99 for "ALIEN DEAD"...i watched it first though...was so bad!! just my type of movie,..but it really did have a terribly dumb ending..almost as bad as the (we ran over budget so we'll end it this way)ending for the movie"THE APOSTLE"..
