Evil Dead 4 doesn't exist, nor will it probably ever.

And Return of what?

Evil Dead 4 will never be made, so you can give up any hope on that one.

As for Return of the Living Dead 4 (I'm assuming that's what you were talking about) there has been a few screenplays put out there for it, but I seriously doubt any will get funded.

Some day, there will be an Italian horror movie that will be titled EVIL DEAD 4. It will be terrible, and will be completely unrelated to the Sam Raimi series.

As long as it stars Anna Falchi, nekkid chic/zombie/secretary/student/hooker from "Cemetary Man" as the nekkid luv interest (who will of course be killed at the beginning of the movie and come back as a nekkid Deadite) . . . then who cares if its terrible? Must have Bruce though!

The only EVIL DEAD 4 I've ever come across in any form is the unproduced screenplay at that site that has a bunch of screenplays, both from movies that have and have not been produced.  
It even had the original script that Raimi and company registerd for the first EVIL DEAD, and that script simply ended with Ash successfully leaving the Cabin In The Woods the morning after WITHOUT the Big Darkness coming after him. (I've always wondered how he would have explained the disappearance of his sister, girlfriend and friends to the authorities and yes, I know the same question applies to the "tacked on" happy ending to ARMY OF DARKNESS.)
Anyway, the script for EVIL DEAD 4 was kind of lame. It involved people in the future coming back to get Ash to save the Earth of the future, in which all was perpetual night because the dark forces from The Book had once again been unleashed.  Ash was dragged kicking and screaming into helping a small band of "rebels" into trying to thwart the dark forces and got his usual "Human Mr. Bill" drubbing.
The script had a "non-ending" designed to set up an EVIL DEAD 5. At the end of the film another EVIL DEAD 2 style vortex sucked the book and the forces of evil down into Hell but this time Ash got sucked in with them and his demonic hosts were making enigmatic remarks about using him to help them take over the Earth permamently by being restored to True Life.
Ash's final line in the film was to scream "Where the Hell am I?" with demonic laughter cutting off his question at the word "Hell."
The script also had the by now tiresome "in" jokes about other movies, like THE MATRIX, THE QUICK AND THE DEAD, etc.
I'll try to find the link and post it back here, but as fast as the folks at this site are someone will probably beat me to it...
