I would argue zero.  Here's my rationale: she picks such dog turd scripts in the first place that these movies are pre-ruined before she ever signs a contract.  She helps them fail, sometimes gloriously, but their failure was pre-destined anyway, so therefore she hasn't ruined any movies.  

Seriously, I'm groping for a Julia Roberts movie that was even a good idea in theory and I'm drawing a blank.
