How's 7 oclock my time? (North West Coast/Oregon.) I'm quite sure I won't be busy around then (unless dinner is ready around then). If not then there are other times I'll be available. At least 6:30 and up is good) and please don't kill me if I forget.

sounds like 8pm might be better - that would work as I am on eastern standard time - right now it's 7pm for me, you there?

DAMN IT! I just looked at Yahoo and my computer doesn't have Yahoo Messenger sign on. $%^# my stupidity! It's my brother's computer so I don't  know he's got on it. %^&&Ing genius I am! I guess not today.

What's embarrassing about it?  It seemed to me Susan's reactivation of this old thread was sincere, and a good idea.

I don't know if it's possible to record voice-chats, but I think it'd actually be kinda cool to do a roundtable podcast thing like this, much like they do on Howard Stern with the rap up shows each day. Participating members could meet for a scheduled voice-chat each week or each month and discuss topics from the board or bad movies in general. Maybe Andrew could even offer it up as a regular podcast through badmovies.org as a way to further promote the forum through the main page. I'd download it!  :cheers:

I know of some podcasts that use Skype in order to make a free conference call. I don't know how they record it, but it apparently can be done.

What was embarrassing about it was the way I wrote it.
It made me come across as some lonely weirdo desperate for friends.
(definitely not some of my best writing)

I didn't even remember writing this thread until it was brought back from the grave.

But now that you guys mention it, the pocdast thing does sound like a good idea.
In addition to Skype, Yahoo Messenger offers a free conference feature.

Shadow, you still use Yahoo Messenger?  I've still got you on my friends list but haven't seen you on in ages.
