No, I don't have a copy of THE PIT to give in exchance for that IOU you offered. However, don't think this response is negative because their is some good news in it for you. You don't have to get a hold of a rare copy because Anchor Bay Entertainment is going to put it out on a double-feature DVD with HELLGATE (a 1980's flick I know nothing about, but I'm always interested)! Both films will be in their original 1.85:1 Aspect Ratios, however the extras will be almost non-existant! So don't spend your money on a so-so copy, wait for the DVD.

Here is the link to info about the upcoming release:

I have a copy but it's really s**tty.
It's probably been viewed 10,000 times.

That movie creeps me out because the main character has the same name as me....Jamey

One of the local grocery stores here went out of business but before they did, they liquidated their entire video department.
I found "The Pit" there in the used bin for $5.00.

By the way, Andrew has a review of that movie.

Check it out HERE

Now I actually remember seeing this. To me, it seemed to be taking a long time to make it's mind up about what it'll be about before the kid finds the Pit. For a long time their's all that bad seed type stuff, and I was POSSITIVE that teddy bear was going to turn out to contain a human head. Talking bear part never really went anywhere did it? Or the precocious sex offender part. Or the weirdly intense crush on the babysitter part.
