FECES

SCARE CROW IS THE WORST MOVIE EVER CREATED THE DIRECTOR AS WELL AS THE OTHER CAST AND CREW SHOULD BE EXECUTED PROMPTLY

Fearless Freep

Wacthed Asylum Of The Damned last night.. Competently done but not as scary or tense as it could've been given the basic story and it really suffered from a) a bad creature design; really hard to take the  Harvester seriously and b) tipped it's hand early on too many points.

RAY--only okay...seemed more like your standard TV movie biopic that's been done a hundred times.   They try to summarize the last 40 years of his life in a few sentences at the end.  I know they probably began the film before he passed away, but they probably should have shelved it and given the man's corpse a chance to grow cold before releasing this.  The music is great, but why not just buy the soundtrack.

SIDEWAYS--best movie of 2004.

THE FORGOTTEN--Crap.

THE GRUDGE--A few good jump scenes, but that's about it.

SIX DAYS IN ROSWELL--DId you see Trekkies?  Did you like that guy with the Star Trek chair?  Well, here he is in his own movie---a sort-of documentary with a lot of scenes that seem pretty staged.  The best moments are when the UFO believers speak for themselves, but at 81 minutes this seems too long.

SWEET AND LOWDOWN--Sean Penn is pretty good at playing the second-best jazz guitarist who ever lived, and the music is great, but the story just gave me the feeling of "Is that it?" after it was finished. Worth a rental if you like Woody Allen, Sean Penn, or jazz music.

Dutchman

Master Of The Flying Guillotine Ultimate Edition-One of the greatest chop-sockeys ever with 12 minutes of footage never seen in the original import version. Unfortunately the extra minutes contribute very little to the flick, but if you've never seen it, I highly recommend you check it out...action packed with fights, super cool characters(including an Indian fighter who will b***h slap the taste out of your mouth from downtown) and the old blind master is accompanied by the most bad-assed theme music ever(sorry Shaft).
Mark Of The Astro Zombies-Despite the soft spot in my heart for the original, this shot on video mess truly blows.
Tiger Woman(a.k.a. Perils Of The Darkest Jungle)-Really fun serial with cool cliffhangers & nifty effects.
The Story Of Ricky-Simply unbelievable gore epic...Ricky makes Chiba's Terry Surugi look like Mother Teresa.
Grapes Of Death-Beautiful cinemtography and one doozy of a decapitation highlight this French zombie classic.

Watched Napolean Dynamite and laughed my ass off. We watched on pay per view and they included a scene at the end with Kip and Lawfawhduh  getting married in a field. Napoleon comes riding up a horse and then Kip and bride ride it away.

My 20 year old daughter's take on the film can be summed up by what she said  when ND shows up in home room.  "That 's what high school is really like."

Dang!!

And you thought Trek isn't cool.
