Mine are:

- Jurassic Park (entire series)

- Dinosaur (Saw it when I was obsessed with Dino's)

- Carnosaur (Saw it YEARS ago. I can't really remember it exactly)

These films prompted me to do a LEGO StopMotion Extravaganza by the name of "Dinosaur Carnage". There are probably others, but I can't remember them.

PS. Andrew, if you can, can you put the final T-Rex battle video clip in Carnosaur on the site?

Eirik

I went through an extended dinosaur phase as a kid, so for me, THE LAND THAT TIME FORGOT was pretty much the pinnacle of cinema.  I remember having a comic book of the story with some actual shots from the movie that my dad got me at the theater.  I saw it for the first time since I was a kid a while back and was simply astounded at how bad the effects were.  They looked so damn real when I was little.  I found the World War I setting to be a pretty interesting choice by the film maker.

The dusted off Doug "Troy" McClure for a truly excrable sequel a few years after that.

My favorites are still The Lost World (1925), and King Kong.  Something about that grainy old black-and-white footage makes it seem like these are pictures of real dinosaurs from long ago.
I do enjoy the first Jurassic Park, too, especially when the Tyrannosaur's iris contracts in the light.
One Million BC -- Hammer -- I think is great as well.

Cool. No, I'm serious, it's cool.

By the way, how does the T-Rex get killed in Carnosaur again? I can't remember.

Now that I think about it, Jurassic Park was the only dinosaur movie I've ever seen.

For sheer nostalgia, The Valley of Gwangi is my favorite, followed by Dinosaurus! I enjoyed Jurassic Park and was impressed by the effects (the movie was way better than the book), but Gwangi was among my first tastes of "realistic" dinosaurs in movies, and the caveman in Dinosaurus! was just too fun. I still enjoy these flicks.

In Carnosaur, the T-Rex gets killed by two bulldozers.

For me, Its got to be Jurassic Park. But during all those pre-JP years, I endulged myself with the totally underated and virtually uknown movie, Planet of Dinosaurs.

No "the" in the title, mind you.

Jack Corbett

Yes! The Valley of Gwangi!

You can hate me if you want, but I want to remake Gwangi in Lego. (Via animation, same as the original)

I KNEW it was bulldozers in Carnosaur...

Who reckons that the T-Rex's death should be put on the website?

Alan Smithee

Baby: Secret of the Lost Legend.
'Nuff said.

Jack Corbett

Yes! That's right, Baby...

But why the freakin' hell is a sauropd a carnivore at te end?!

Jack Corbett

By the way, what is the most gory Dinosaur moment you have ever seen?

Jack Corbett

Wait... Ilike JP 1 out of all of the Dino movies I have ever seen. Trust me, I REALLY like it.

GWANGI is my favorite too.  Cowboys versus dinosaurs...what could be cooler?!

DINOSAURUS is fun in a bad way.

WHEN DINOSAURS RULED THE EARTH is a winner too between Jim Danforth's dinosaurs and Victoria Vetri's...er...assets.
