People do, though, click on banners, get distracted by popups, and respond to spam. Those of us who are annoyed by popups and spam (actually I get very little of either) really wish people would stop falling for them so those behind them will stop using such techniques. Of course, there will always be those who use such techniques purely for the sake of disruption. It would be cool if there was such a thing as a training browser that, rather than block popups, floating banners, and the such, would instead insert a box which says, 'Don't click here, stupid'. But that still won't work for everybody as there are always going to be those people that no matter how many times you take a paper bag full of crap and light it on their front porch, they will always stomp it out. (:

Very good analogy comparing the flaming bag of poo to popups and banners. I'll have to remember that one.

Thankyou, Menard & Scott, I've "filed" the website & will try to scan & post something relevant soon to see if it works --

I have seen both sequels. While I recoginzied George Kennedy and James Whitmore from "Guns of the Magnificent Seven" and Lee Van Cleef and Ralph Waite from "The Magnificent Seven Ride," what amazes me, looking at the cast lists from both films, is how many recognizable people, I did not recognize. Either because they were not well known at the time, Bernie Casey from "Guns of the Magnificent Seven" and James Sikking from "The Magnificent Seven Ride, or because they were not well known to me, such as Monte Markham, Joe Don Baker, Michael Ansara, Frank Silvera, and Fernando Rey from "Guns of the Magnificent Seven" and Stephanie Powers, Mariette Hartley, Ed Lauter, and Gary Busey from "The Magnificent Seven Ride."
