I just found out that it's been a quarter of a century since Jason, or rather his mum THEN Jason (and once or twice some other person posing as Jason), began terrorizing  horny teens. There was even a party.

Good to know that Jason has been around for so long.  It's amazing that there have been 11 Jason flicks in 25 years.

I've never really sought out the Jason films though; I've only seen a few, including the Freddy Vs Jason movie, but it's always good to see people celebrate in such a style, and the prospect of a new Jason movie [not counting the Freddy Vs Jason Vs Michael Myers film] is not too bad an idea, as long as it's not set in space and is a lot different to the original [that is if they are remaking the original like it says in the article]
