Well, depending on what country one is moving too other beverages aside from beer might be better.  Such as vino in France or Italy.  Or Ouzo in Greece.

Ooh, I'd rank world beer producers 1. Belgium 2. Britain 3. Germany 4. US... a huge number of crap beers in the US, but also some of the world's best brews.
