Interesting! I don't recall any previous recommendations for CHILDREN OF THE CORN 4 but w/ my compulsive nature now I'll probably check it out! Thx!

INLAND EMPIRE is possibly Lynch's most challenging film to embrace. Like THE CREMASTER CYCLE, it's possible that INLAND EMPIRE would work best playing on a 4 hour loop in an art gallery, where you could just wander near to and away from it intermittently. It does have its moments though...

Most all the horror film's of the 1930's.

DRACULA (1931), VAMPYR (1932), FRANKENSTEIN (1931) crawl like worms. But for me that is what makes them creepy. No gut munching blood spurting veins. Don't get me wrong! I love those movies too! But I find the slower ones most satisfying.
