It's a parody of Lady Gaga's recent single, "Born This Way."  He was working on a cd, came up with this song, initially got permission, then she reneged and said he can't do it.  It was already recorded so he just uploaded it to youtube.  It's about how 'crazy' and 'kooky' she is, like wearing meat dresses and such. :bouncegiggle:
