So now he'll be.... "The Amazing Spider-Ock?" Ugh. Nonsense like this makes me glad I quit collecting comics almost 20 years ago.
"If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

When I saw that headline my first thought was "Holy crap, Tobey Maguire died?"  *headslap*

The comics need to stop doing this; it was a big deal when they did it with Superman, yeah, but it was kind of unprecedented at the time, and we didn't know they'd just bring him back 6 months later, which is surely what will happen here.

Comics seem to be the only form of entertainment that are truly exempt from physics, logic, and good ideas.

I really didn't like Peter Parker, as he was somewhat of a man child, but I just blame the writers for that.

If it's true what they say, that GOD created us in His image, then why should we not love creating, and why should we not continue to do so, as carefully and ethically as we can, on whatever scale we're capable of?

The choice is simple; refuse to create, and refuse to grow, or build, with care and love.

We live in quite an interesting age. You can tell someone's sexual orientation and level of education from just their interests.

He'll be back when Marvel needs to shock their sales back to life.  They've done the same thing with Magneto... how many times now?
