I rented this one a couple of nights ago and finally got around to watching it this evening.
What a great film!!
Aaron Eckhart plays it just right as Frankenstein's tortured monster, caught up in the midst of a spiritual war between the demon legions of Namerius and the Order of the Gargoyles, led by their queen, Leonore (played by Miranda Otto, AKA Eowyn in THE LORD OF THE RINGS).  There is a LOT of CGI, but it flows smoothly and the storyline is quite engaging.  The idea of an unseen war between the forces of heaven and hell taking place all around us is one that is familiar to most Christians, and the fact that was handled in a way that was fun to watch but was not offensive to people of faith was a plus in my book.  You can enjoy this one as a pure fantasy, or as an allegory for deeper things, but either way, it's a cool movie and I think you'll like it.

I sure did.
